About the role
- Lead development and cross-functional project teams
- Develop and maintain integrated schedules, product specifications, cost models, risk assessments, resource plans, and budgets
- Lead execution of projects with risk identification and problem solving
- Ensure project compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage expectations of key stakeholders
- Conduct phase toll gate and monthly management reviews
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance NPD process
Requirements
- Ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Pro-active problem solver with functional leads collaboration
- Technically capable of understanding customer and product technologies
- Strong motivational leadership without direct authority
- Degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrable product development experience with cross-functional exposure in a high-tech industry
- Project Management qualification, e.g. APM is highly desirable
- Full UK driving license
- Some overseas travel may be required
