About the role
- Achieve annual sales targets for the West Region by executing strategic sales plans to drive year-over-year growth.
- Identify and engage prospective customers, assess their needs and workflows, and deliver tailored X-Rite solutions.
- Execute solution-based selling across all market segments and the full product portfolio.
- Manage sales activities in Salesforce and related tools, including lead follow-up, forecasting, opportunity tracking, and account planning.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and bids, and negotiate and close deals under optimal commercial terms.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and supporting order fulfillment as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field (preferred)
- Eight+ years of related sales experience in the printing consumables, ink, printing plates, or color management related markets.
- Must have a strong understanding of color management process, tools and software.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of workflow sales, value sales, ROI based selling, and creation of solution proposals.
