About the role
- Conduct active prospecting and technical visits to identify opportunities and understand customer needs
- Work with Hexis's entire portfolio (excluding services), including laboratory, process, and project solutions
- Manage the sales funnel, keeping information updated in the CRM
- Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to develop competitive proposals
- Strengthen the brand positioning and Hexis solutions in your region
- Report activities and results to the Regional Sales Executive
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Sanitation Technology, or related fields
- Experience selling analytical instrumentation for laboratories and process applications in the industrial or sanitation markets
- Knowledge of consultative selling techniques and the ability to tailor solutions to customers
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with targets and under pressure, demonstrating resilience and a results-oriented focus
