Requirements

BS in Engineering or Physical Sciences
5+ years in product development, engineering, or manufacturing (3+ years direct product development experience)
Broad understanding of design, manufacturing, and market use
3+ years project management of product development projects (engineering focus preferred)
PMP certification
Experience with new product development methodologies and project management tools
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
