About the role

  • Design, implement, and continuously optimize Hach’s end-to-end Business Intelligence architecture and semantic data models.
  • Manage and optimize the Power BI / Microsoft Fabric environment, including Fabric capacity planning and performance tuning.
  • Develop and optimize complex DAX measures and data models to support scalable, high-performance analytics.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Global Data Governance to ensure data quality, compliance, and actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Advanced expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, including semantic modeling and capacity management.
  • Strong proficiency in DAX, with proven experience optimizing complex calculations on large datasets.
  • Solid experience with Azure-based data platforms (SQL Server data warehouses) and data modeling best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a customer-focused and self-driven mindset.
