About the role
- Support a regulated US Healthcare platform
- Validate complex rule-driven workflows and exception handling logic
- Perform advanced database validation using SQL
- Validate compliance-sensitive business logic within healthcare systems
- Perform negative testing and edge-case validation
- Support production defect analysis and root cause investigation
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and BA teams
- Mentor junior QA analysts
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in US Healthcare technology
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare claims lifecycle
- Experience with Submissions workflows or risk adjustment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with government-sponsored programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Advantage plans
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes
- Strong SQL skills including the ability to query data and validate scenarios
- Experience working with Amazon RDS (SQL Server) and analytical platforms such as Amazon Redshift is preferred
- Solid understanding of testing processes including functional, integration, and regression testing
- Working knowledge of programming concepts, with Python preferred
