About the role
- Creates and modifies Sales proposals within the Veradigm Quote Tools
- Uses discovery details to interpret client needs
- Maintains accurate and efficient proposal status and routes information for all assigned proposals
- Manages communications and feedback from Sales Executives related to proposal processing
- Obtains the necessary approvals for procedural and legal compliance
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (i.e. Word, Excel- pivot tables, formulas, Outlook)
- Proficient in Salesforce.com
- Works to ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) regulations for all contracts
- Executes against plan and shows progress towards individual and team goals
- Communicates effectively to internal clients
