About the role

  • Creates and modifies Sales proposals within the Veradigm Quote Tools
  • Uses discovery details to interpret client needs
  • Maintains accurate and efficient proposal status and routes information for all assigned proposals
  • Manages communications and feedback from Sales Executives related to proposal processing
  • Obtains the necessary approvals for procedural and legal compliance

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (i.e. Word, Excel- pivot tables, formulas, Outlook)
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com
  • Works to ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) regulations for all contracts
  • Executes against plan and shows progress towards individual and team goals
  • Communicates effectively to internal clients
