Lead company-wide AI strategy and accelerate adoption of AI across key business functions
Develop and own the company’s Business AI strategy
Build a multi-year roadmap that balances innovation, operational efficiency, and responsible AI governance
Partner closely with leaders to understand business processes and identify AI opportunities
Manage outsourced development and evaluate third-party AI tools and platforms

Requirements

10+ years of experience in business systems
Proven track record leading business-level AI or automation initiatives
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and AWS AI ecosystem
Strong data & process skills (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Reporting, process mapping, KPIs, controls, etc.)
Deep understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and compliance considerations
Exceptional communication skills
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with ERP implementation and/or process definitions (Preferred)
