About the role
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales through onboarding and continued support throughout the policy term and renewal cycle
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts by responding to inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with underwriters, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate account activity and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience
- Conduct proactive outreach ahead of renewals to review coverage, assess business changes, and recommend appropriate adjustments to maintain retention and satisfaction
- Identify cross-selling and referral opportunities by understanding clients’ business goals, risk profiles, and evolving coverage needs
- Maintain accurate client data and documentation in HubSpot, AMS, and related systems to ensure data integrity and visibility into the book of business
- Partner with sales, service, and carrier teams to streamline processes, enhance communication, and drive operational efficiency
- Stay informed on Veracity Insurance product offerings, carrier underwriting guidelines, and industry best practices to provide informed, consultative guidance
- Adhere to all licensing, regulatory, and company standards to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
Requirements
- Active P&C insurance license
- Minimum 5 years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience in either account management, client service, or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness, follow-through, and clear communication
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates client needs and delivers effective, timely solutions
- Experienced with HubSpot, AMS, or similar CRM platforms; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
- Knowledge of—or strong interest in developing expertise in—insurance products, underwriting processes, consultative selling, and industry regulations
