About the role
- Support to identify high-quality, succession-ready external candidates
- Contribute to a quarterly pack that includes a consolidated view of internal and external succession pipelines
- Provide updates on external market talent: mobility, availability, affordability, competitor movements
- Provide evidence of progress vs the prior quarter
- Create a decision-ready, data-accurate succession database
Requirements
- At least 5-7 years of executive search research experience at a top-tier firm
- Strong foundation in executive research methodology
- Strong ability to network and maintain active contact with shortlisted pipeline candidates
- Ability to translate research into succession-ready insights
- Confidence presenting quarterly updates to senior stakeholders
- Comfort using AI tools for search, sourcing, candidate identification, and market intelligence
- High judgment, confidentiality, and data-quality standards
- Experience with critical leadership roles across telecom, digital, tech in frontier markets (preferred)
