About the role

  • Support to identify high-quality, succession-ready external candidates
  • Contribute to a quarterly pack that includes a consolidated view of internal and external succession pipelines
  • Provide updates on external market talent: mobility, availability, affordability, competitor movements
  • Provide evidence of progress vs the prior quarter
  • Create a decision-ready, data-accurate succession database

Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of executive search research experience at a top-tier firm
  • Strong foundation in executive research methodology
  • Strong ability to network and maintain active contact with shortlisted pipeline candidates
  • Ability to translate research into succession-ready insights
  • Confidence presenting quarterly updates to senior stakeholders
  • Comfort using AI tools for search, sourcing, candidate identification, and market intelligence
  • High judgment, confidentiality, and data-quality standards
  • Experience with critical leadership roles across telecom, digital, tech in frontier markets (preferred)
