About the role
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Driver Recruiting team
- Obtain and process Verifications of Employment (VOEs) for all incoming driver candidates using multiple platforms and vendors
- Communicate clearly and consistently with recruiters and Safety regarding applicant status and outstanding VOEs
- Research alternative methods to secure missing or hard-to-obtain employment verifications
- Accurately enter, track, and manage applicant data within assigned worklists
- Review a high volume of driver applications quickly and thoroughly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and timely onboarding
- Utilize Tenstreet to manage candidate information
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting support, transportation administration, or a related office/clerical role preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with Tenstreet preferred
- Prior experience in transportation, recruiting, or administrative support is a plus
