Account Executive

• Regularly and routinely required to work off site and travel to visit prospects, leads, and customers to obtain orders, maintain business and generate new business
• Field and place customer calls and emails to accept orders and shipments and provide shipment updates when needed
• Engage customers daily via phone, e-mail, or face-to-face meetings
• Provide rates to customers for potential orders and shipments
• Update customer websites with order and shipment information
• Communicate shipment changes and status between the customer and our Operations team
• Ability to stay focused in a busy, loud environment
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task between multiple accounts at any given time during the day
