About the role

  • Respond to travel inquiries and guide customers through the booking process.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Follow up with potential travellers quickly and thoroughly.
  • Use our tools and templates to create travel offers and handle requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Use AI tools to save time and improve the way you work.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure trip execution is flawless end-to-end, driving high customer satisfaction.
  • Enrich the quality of our UK websites through active analysis to increase visitor engagement and conversion.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales experience with strong, proven results.
  • Enjoy helping people make decisions and feel motivated by goals.
  • Stay calm and focused, even on busy days.
  • Use digital tools to work smarter, not harder, and are open to learning new ones.
  • Are a team player who communicates clearly and respectfully.
  • Speak and write fluent British English; additional European languages (German, French, Spanish) are a plus.
  • Are flexible to travel at least once or twice a year.
  • Are available to work 8 hours per day between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (CET).
