Lead the end-to-end implementation and ongoing management of Ventura Foods’ Oracle Fusion Record to Report (R2R) initiatives
Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Translate business needs into robust, efficient system solutions
Define Business process cycles and related cross module/external interfaces & integrations
Monitor and resolve incidents timely
Oversee platform administration, optimization, stability, and operational maintenance
Develop and maintain system solutions, designs, and training materials
Assess platform quarterly/periodic releases and ensure timely upgrades

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (required)
Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations in the Manufacturing vertical, with at least two full-cycle implementations (preferred), and at least one covering (R2R) process area (required)
5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP applications/implementation, with strong understanding of platform functionality, cross-functional integrations, and process cycles (required)
3+ years of experience specifically with the Oracle Fusion platform, including functional and technical capabilities (preferred - if no fusion experience, EBS R12 is required)
Oracle Financials certification (preferred)
Advanced, hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion implementation, designs, and operational maintenance.
In-depth knowledge of data models for S2P process cycles, reporting, and analytics, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI.
Knowledge in Oracle platform development tools (ex: PL/SQL, VBCS, Postman, Redwood UI, etc.)
Good understanding of data mapping & transformation related to data conversions and migrations from legacy Oracle and non-Oracle systems into Fusion Cloud.
Proven ability to influence and drive consensus towards successful solution delivery.
