• Ventrata is an industry-leading SaaS platform for attractions, tours, and activities, helping businesses scale and manage ticketing.
• Part of the Marketing & Partnerships team reporting to Head of Partnerships and Marketing; working with Graphic Designer, Marketing Specialist, and Event Manager.
• Create high-quality video and visual content to support marketing, sales, and client success.
• Film and edit video case studies, partner interviews, product training videos, and event highlights — delivering at least 10–15 projects per year.
• Produce training and product support videos (Help Center tutorials, hardware demos, product walkthroughs).
• Assist with webinars and live session streaming, handling technical setup and creative direction.
• Manage full video workflow: pre-production, filming (camera, sound, lighting, B-roll), and post-production (editing, color grading, graphics).
• Occasionally conduct on-camera interviews in English and guide storytelling.
• Capture and package marketing highlights from events and create short-form and long-form repurposable content.
• Produce motion graphics and non-video assets aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support broader marketing projects such as campaign assets, website updates, and internal cultural videos.
• Location: EU-only remote-friendly role; ideally based in Brno (Czechia) or Lisbon (Portugal); travel required for filming (EU/UK, occasionally US/Canada).
