About the role
- Your sales cycle: You handle leads from marketing, partner networks, or the SDR team, further qualify them in discovery calls, conduct demos and negotiations, close contracts, manage renewals, and grow business with SMEs and scale-ups across the DACH region (and beyond).
- Full account ownership: You are responsible not only for acquiring new customers but also for developing and expanding existing accounts.
- Contract ownership & stakeholder management: You own the entire contracting process and actively coordinate all relevant stakeholders.
- Pipeline management & forecasting: You maintain the CRM carefully and report regularly on your KPIs.
- Feedback loop: You work closely with the Customer Success team and provide feedback to Product Management.
- Sales enablement: You share best practices and help build a high-performing sales team.
Requirements
- At least 4–5 years of experience in B2B software sales with a proven track record of acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
- Domain knowledge: You have a strong affinity for artificial intelligence—especially autonomous AI systems—and a solid understanding of product management or related disciplines (e.g., R&D, innovation management).
- You are fluent in German and English and excel at communicating technical information clearly and persuasively to non-technical decision-makers.
- You bring a genuine startup mindset—hands-on mentality, sense of ownership, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing, and constantly evolving environment.
