Product Marketing

• Understand and test Go-to-Market: You will work directly on our go-to-market activities and help determine how we acquire new customers.
• Validate hypotheses: You will support the planning and execution of small tests and experiments (e.g., new channels, new messaging, new processes).
• Align metrics with reality: You will analyze simple but crucial KPIs: cost per lead, appointment rate, call quality, conversion.
• Observe & improve processes: You will review existing workflows (e.g., appointment setting, handovers, follow-ups) and propose ways to make them more efficient and effective.
• Close collaboration with the GTM team: You will work closely with the GTM team and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Learn how growth actually happens: You will gain an honest, hands-on view of the early growth stages of a company and understand how go-to-market decisions are made, adjusted, or discarded.

Founder Associate – Go-to-Market

Account Executive

• Your sales cycle: You take ownership of leads from marketing, partner networks, or the SDR team, deepen their qualification in discovery calls, conduct demos and negotiations, close contracts, manage renewals, and expand business with SMEs and scale-ups across the DACH region (and beyond).
• Full account responsibility: You are responsible not only for acquiring new customers but also for their ongoing development. This means you handle all sales-related activities for the companies you acquire.
• Contract ownership & stakeholder management: You own the entire contracting process and proactively manage all relevant stakeholders (e.g., business units, IT, procurement). You conduct structured contract negotiations through to closure and ensure requirements, timing, scalability, and compliance are met.
• Pipeline management & forecasting: You maintain the CRM meticulously and report regularly on your KPIs.
• Feedback loop: You work closely with the Customer Success team and pass customer insights back to Product Management—sharing signals and joint learnings to drive growth.
• Sales enablement: You share best practices and help build a high-performing sales organization. At the same time, you actively shape our go-to-market strategy and have the opportunity to grow with the team and take on increasing responsibility.

Sales Account Executive – Full-time/Part-time

• Your sales cycle: You handle leads from marketing, partner networks, or the SDR team, further qualify them in discovery calls, conduct demos and negotiations, close contracts, manage renewals, and grow business with SMEs and scale-ups across the DACH region (and beyond).
• Full account ownership: You are responsible not only for acquiring new customers but also for developing and expanding existing accounts.
• Contract ownership & stakeholder management: You own the entire contracting process and actively coordinate all relevant stakeholders.
• Pipeline management & forecasting: You maintain the CRM carefully and report regularly on your KPIs.
• Feedback loop: You work closely with the Customer Success team and provide feedback to Product Management.
• Sales enablement: You share best practices and help build a high-performing sales team.

• Übernimm Leads aus Marketing, Partnernetzwerk oder SDR-Team, vertiefe ihre Qualifikation in Discovery-Calls, führe Demos und Verhandlungen durch, schließe Verträge ab, betreue Verlängerungen und baue das Geschäft mit KMUs und Scale-Ups in der DACH-Region (und darüber hinaus) aus.
• Übernehme sämtliche vertriebsbezogene Aktivitäten rund um die von dir akquirierten Unternehmen.
• Du verantwortest den gesamten Contracting-Prozess und steuerst aktiv alle relevanten Stakeholder (z.B. Fachabteilung, IT, Einkauf).
• Führe Vertragsverhandlungen strukturiert bis zum Abschluss und stelle Bedarfserfüllung, Timing, Skalierbarkeit und Compliance sicher.
• Pflege das CRM sorgfältig und berichte regelmäßig über deine KPIs.
• Arbeite eng mit dem Customer-Success-Team zusammen und gebe Feedback an das Produktmanagement weiter – indem du Kunden-Signale teilst und gemeinsame Erkenntnisse nutzt, um das Wachstum voranzutreiben.
• Teile Best Practices und unterstütze beim Aufbau eines leistungsstarken Vertriebsteams.
