About the role
- Assist in managing a portfolio of merchants across various product categories.
- Define, together with the Account Manager and in collaboration with merchants, the best strategy to apply.
- Monitor and analyze merchants' activity.
- Support the Account Manager in proposing technical and commercial optimizations to improve sales (e.g., product listing optimization).
- Help grow sales by onboarding and educating merchants on Mirakl and other levers/channels, while supporting account internationalization.
- Participate in negotiations with merchants on commercial operations to boost sales.
- Ensure merchant performance across various quality KPIs.
- Reporting.
Requirements
- Business school student or equivalent, ideally with preparatory classes; you are completing a Master's (Bac +5) and looking for a final-year internship.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Curiosity, dynamism and enthusiasm.
- Pragmatism.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in a third language — Italian, Spanish or Portuguese — would be a plus.
