Develop and manage the marketplace business for a portfolio of merchants in the Italian market
Identify target merchants, initiate contact, convert them and onboard them onto the marketplace
Act as their day-to-day point of contact for all strategic and operational matters
Continuously monitor competitors and market trends
Build trusted relationships with partner sellers
Set up and regularly facilitate collaborative meetings
Optimize the quality of sellers' product catalogs
Train partner sellers on available tools
Analyze and monitor their activity and identify growth levers
Track objectives and KPIs and produce reports
Proactively propose and implement initiatives to grow the Marketplace team's activities

Requirements

Master's degree (Bac+5)
Graduate of a business school, ideally following preparatory classes, or equivalent
Initial commercial/sales experience, ideally in a marketplace
Native or bilingual Italian
Autonomous and self-motivated
Team player
Active monitoring of new business models and markets to explore
Out-of-the-box thinking
Negotiation skills
Strong persuasion skills
Energetic and enthusiastic
Enjoys challenges and has strong interpersonal skills
