About the role
- Support the commercial team in preparing proposals and freight quotes
- Perform cost, pricing and margin analyses
- Communicate with international agents, suppliers and logistics partners
- Develop and update quotes for different transport modes and routes
- Track sales opportunities, submitted proposals and client responses
- Contribute to market studies, route analysis and competitiveness assessments
- Support commercial negotiations and BID processes
- Ensure information in systems and CRM is up to date and consistent
- Monitor import and export processes when necessary
- Support monitoring of commercial KPIs and improvement initiatives
- Help standardize processes, controls and best practices within the area
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics or related fields
- Postgraduate degree desirable in commercial areas or pricing
- Excel | English | Power BI
- Analytical, strategic and collaborative profile
