• Review and modify company agreements (review 5 existing company agreements and modify as needed)
• Draft/update HR policies and ensure compliance with Philippine labor law
• Conduct onboarding sessions with new Virtual Assistants, explaining terms of engagement and HR policies
• Provide first-level HR support and conflict resolution
• Liaise with local law firms for representation or complex matters
• Maintain compliance documentation and templates (NDAs, notices, consultancy agreements)
• Track updates in Philippine labor regulations relevant to remote/BPO workers
