Administrative Assistant

• Perform data entry and verification in internal systems (Bling)
• Assist with the management of documents, spreadsheets, and files.
• Provide support to the Human Resources and Personnel teams with daily routines.
• Monitor the progress of internal processes, such as registrations, orders, contracts, and payments.
• Support the Finance team with issuing boletos (Brazilian payment slips), invoices, bank reconciliations, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Respond to requests from other departments related to internal processes and administrative routines.
• Participate in process improvements and in the flow of information between departments.
