About the role

  • Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to targeted prospects.
  • Engage prospects in consultative conversations to uncover challenges and opportunities across a book of business spanning several industries.
  • Pre-book meetings for upcoming events across assigned accounts.
  • Capture, track, and manage leads using a parallel dialer, and other prospecting tools.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven success in a cold calling SDR or inside sales role.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-setting targets.
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills; comfortable engaging senior stakeholders over the phone.
  • Ability to effectively handle objections and maintain productive conversations.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable handling rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Highly organized and able to manage a large volume of outreach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using power dialers, parallel dialers and other calling specific tech.
