About the role

  • Organize analysis and insight rituals for experiments
  • Structure data consumption via Google Analytics and HubSpot for analysis
  • Establish routine monitoring and tracking of tests
  • Continuously implement experiments
  • Design and structure long-running/long-chain experiments
  • Maintain and organize the testing roadmap
  • Organize experimentation sprints
  • Integrate with other growth teams
  • Support stakeholders on team metrics related to experimentation
  • Manage tracking and data input via the CRM

Requirements

  • Experience with e-commerce/marketplace campaigns
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and related tools
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Analytics or other conversion optimization tools
  • Knowledge of performance metrics and attribution models
  • Knowledge of growth hacking
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Experience working in Growth squads or cross-functional teams
  • Experience with paid B2B media (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Experience with SaaS or technology companies
  • Participation in digital transformation initiatives
