About the role
- Managing BPO vendor relationships and offshore team leads
- Coordinating across operations functional domain leads
- Vendor performance management and scorecard tracking
- Escalation path ownership
- Onboarding new vendors and overseeing hiring cohorts
- Setting and enforcing vendor performance standards
- Coverage planning (OOO, volume spikes)
Requirements
- 3+ years of offshore/BPO vendor management experience
- Have a strong work ethic: operate with urgency, work independently, be highly organized, detailed oriented and multi-task effectively
- Operations and process documentation orientation
- Indirect performance management skills
- Cross-functional communication
- Understanding of benefits including deductibles, co-insurance, out of pocket and benefits exclusions preferred but not required
