About the role

  • Support the development and execution of VELUX’s sustainability and circularity targets
  • Collect, analyze, and translate environmental data
  • Assist procurement with supplier engagement on sustainable and circular materials
  • Ensure alignment with industry standards and upcoming EU regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate workshops and workstreams
  • Prepare project documentation and updates for internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Circular Economy, Material Science, Industrial Ecology, Design for Sustainability, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant practical experience will also be considered
  • A few years of experience in sustainability, circularity, environmental impact assessment, materials, eco-design, or life-cycle thinking
  • Exposure to project management through internships, academic projects, or professional work
  • Familiarity with European sustainability and circularity regulations
  • Strong analytical skills and good data-handling capabilities
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
