About the role

  • Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of LPS audits across global facilities
  • Conduct on-site audits, including preparation, execution, and post-audit reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, external standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Analyse audit data, trends, and root causes to drive strategic improvements
  • Identify improvement areas and collaborate with site teams to implement solutions
  • Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
  • Prepare and present audit findings and progress reports to leadership
  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistency in audit practices
  • Develop and maintain global audit schedules and documentation
  • Act as subject matter expert on LPS topics across the organisation
  • Provide training and support to sites on audit readiness and LPS standards
  • Update LPS standards in collaboration with internal stakeholders and insurance partners
  • Support factories and management with LPS-related expertise
  • Participate in fire incident investigations and follow-up discussions with local teams

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Have proven experience in audit management, ideally in a multinational manufacturing environment
  • Possess strong knowledge of loss prevention systems and compliance frameworks
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • Are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across cultures
  • Are willing to travel internationally as part of the role
