About the role
- Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of LPS audits across global facilities
- Conduct on-site audits, including preparation, execution, and post-audit reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, external standards, and regulatory requirements
- Analyse audit data, trends, and root causes to drive strategic improvements
- Identify improvement areas and collaborate with site teams to implement solutions
- Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare and present audit findings and progress reports to leadership
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistency in audit practices
- Develop and maintain global audit schedules and documentation
- Act as subject matter expert on LPS topics across the organisation
- Provide training and support to sites on audit readiness and LPS standards
- Update LPS standards in collaboration with internal stakeholders and insurance partners
- Support factories and management with LPS-related expertise
- Participate in fire incident investigations and follow-up discussions with local teams
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Have proven experience in audit management, ideally in a multinational manufacturing environment
- Possess strong knowledge of loss prevention systems and compliance frameworks
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across cultures
- Are willing to travel internationally as part of the role
