About the role
- Responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of the Accessories Exterior product category
- Lead a team of approximately 20 skilled colleagues in product development
- Shape long-term product strategy, portfolio, and roadmap
- Ensure effective collaboration with senior stakeholders to prioritize initiatives
- Guide, motivate, and develop your team for stable day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Extensive experience in product lifecycle and end-to-end product development
- Several years of leading a Product Development Department with integrated mechanical products
- Deep insights into the processes and tools within R&D
- Knowledge of modularization and complexity reduction in product portfolios
- Master's degree in engineering or related field
- Professional level of English and Danish, spoken and written
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a preference.
