About the role

  • Create well-researched, accurate texts for marketing purposes.
  • Translate production and technical subject matter into clear, substantive marketing copy.
  • Independently research, review and verify content prior to publication.
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure content is used effectively.
  • Produce texts for: websites, landing pages, course descriptions, newsletters, and campaign collateral.
  • Ensure linguistic, substantive and technical correctness.
  • Revise and further develop existing content.
  • Use modern tools (including AI tools) for research, text production and optimization.
  • Maintain and develop editorial standards (style, tone, structure).

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken German.
  • Proven writing skills (copywriting, editorial work, proofreading or similar).
  • Ability to formulate complex topics clearly, structurally and correctly.
  • High standards for content accuracy and integrity.
  • Willingness and ability to conduct independent research and verification.
  • Structured, reliable and meticulous working style.
  • Strong initiative and sense of responsibility.
  • Ideally, experience in editorial work or copywriting in the education, knowledge or specialist/technical sector.
