About the role
- Handling and responding to customer inquiries via the website chat
- Friendly, service-oriented communication with prospects and existing customers
- Initial classification and forwarding of inquiries to the appropriate specialist departments
- Maintenance and updating of chat responses and FAQs
- Support with basic administrative tasks in marketing / customer communication
Requirements
- Enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication Studies
- Previous experience from a job or student position is an advantage
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; good English skills desirable
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach
- Reliability, initiative, and structured working methods
- Confident use of digital tools and online platforms
