General

• You will work hand in hand with the founding team on selected projects, from business model development to prototype, business and service development
• You will identify bike shops that are highly relevant to our portfolio and secure them as long-term partners
• You will develop blueprints and validate the approach and impact under the motto “Learn fast and fail fast”: a typical approach cycle lasts between 3–8 weeks
• You will quickly develop into an expert in your area and, when needed, lead small teams
