About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will work hand in hand with the founding team on selected projects, from business model development to prototype, business and service development
You will identify bike shops that are highly relevant to our portfolio and secure them as long-term partners
You will develop blueprints and validate the approach and impact under the motto “Learn fast and fail fast”: a typical approach cycle lasts between 3–8 weeks
You will quickly develop into an expert in your area and, when needed, lead small teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Above-average academic performance and strong commitment in studies of business/economics or a comparable degree program in an advanced semester or during a gap year between bachelor’s and master’s
Hands-on mentality – you are willing to do whatever it takes to solve a problem sustainably
Confident presence and strong negotiation skills
Interest in working into complex topics
Previous internships in a startup environment are an advantage
Excellent German language skills and good English skills
