About the role
- Develop and execute an outbound prospecting strategy to acquire new clients across manufacturing, healthcare, construction, and financial services
- Qualify and advance inbound leads using a consultative, value-driven approach
- This includes building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers
- Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements in highly complex environments, building alignment and momentum from initial discovery through close
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers to shape tailored, compelling solutions
- Maintain strong sales hygiene by accurately managing and forecasting pipeline activity in HubSpot
- Stay current on VeilSun’s offerings, low-code platforms, AI technologies and tools, and emerging construction technology trends
- Report directly to the VP of Sales and contribute to broader sales strategy
- Support additional initiatives and responsibilities as assigned by VeilSun leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- 1+ years selling custom software, technical platforms, or professional services
- 3+ years selling into manufacturing, healthcare, construction/AEC, or financial services
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and new business development
- Strong discovery, qualification, and consultative selling skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
