About the role

  • Serve on the leadership team shaping company growth, partnership strategy, and market direction.
  • Own partnership performance metrics, including pipeline influence, revenue contribution, and partner satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and pursue new partnership opportunities that expand market presence or deepen industry specialization.
  • Own and deepen relationships with partner account executives, alliance leaders, and field teams across Quickbase, Mendix, and Procore, focusing on trust and long-term value.
  • Meet regularly with partner executives and field teams to reinforce trust, alignment, and shared objectives.
  • Represent the company on partner advisory boards, at industry events, and in strategic forums.
  • Lead joint go-to-market initiatives with partners, balancing strategic vision and tactical execution across co-marketing, solution development, and field enablement.
  • Track, monitor, and report on partnership performance metrics, including pipeline and revenue contribution, to ensure accountability.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or channel management.
  • Demonstrated success managing alliances or ecosystems within enterprise platforms or SaaS.
  • Understanding of low-code/no-code platforms, enterprise SaaS, or industry-specific solutions in construction, manufacturing, or finance.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Strong track record of driving measurable business growth through partnerships.
  • Executive-level communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance strategy with operational execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certification or MBA preferred.
