About the role
- Serve on the leadership team shaping company growth, partnership strategy, and market direction.
- Own partnership performance metrics, including pipeline influence, revenue contribution, and partner satisfaction.
- Evaluate and pursue new partnership opportunities that expand market presence or deepen industry specialization.
- Own and deepen relationships with partner account executives, alliance leaders, and field teams across Quickbase, Mendix, and Procore, focusing on trust and long-term value.
- Meet regularly with partner executives and field teams to reinforce trust, alignment, and shared objectives.
- Represent the company on partner advisory boards, at industry events, and in strategic forums.
- Lead joint go-to-market initiatives with partners, balancing strategic vision and tactical execution across co-marketing, solution development, and field enablement.
- Track, monitor, and report on partnership performance metrics, including pipeline and revenue contribution, to ensure accountability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or channel management.
- Demonstrated success managing alliances or ecosystems within enterprise platforms or SaaS.
- Understanding of low-code/no-code platforms, enterprise SaaS, or industry-specific solutions in construction, manufacturing, or finance.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Strong track record of driving measurable business growth through partnerships.
- Executive-level communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance strategy with operational execution.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certification or MBA preferred.
