About the role

  • Partner with the CEO and Executive Team (ELT) to develop and execute financial strategies
  • Serve as the organization’s senior financial leader, overseeing all aspects of finance
  • Advise leadership and the Board of Directors on financial performance
  • Provide financial modeling, scenario analysis, and decision support
  • Lead, develop, and mentor finance leadership and staff
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and strong financial stewardship

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
  • Minimum of 20 years of progressive financial experience
  • 12+ years’ executive leadership
  • Strong understanding of non-profit financial management
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of executive-level strategic financial management experience with a large (annual budget of at least $100 million) and complex (multiple, independent business units) organization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • NetSuite experience preferred
