About the role
- Partner with the CEO and Executive Team (ELT) to develop and execute financial strategies
- Serve as the organization’s senior financial leader, overseeing all aspects of finance
- Advise leadership and the Board of Directors on financial performance
- Provide financial modeling, scenario analysis, and decision support
- Lead, develop, and mentor finance leadership and staff
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and strong financial stewardship
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Minimum of 20 years of progressive financial experience
- 12+ years’ executive leadership
- Strong understanding of non-profit financial management
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of executive-level strategic financial management experience with a large (annual budget of at least $100 million) and complex (multiple, independent business units) organization
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- NetSuite experience preferred
