Install new or modified equipment at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications
Overnight travel up to 50% at times
Prepare radioactive material for shipment
Review performance reports and documentation from customers and field representatives; inspect malfunctioning or damaged product to determine nature and scope of problem
Analyze review and inspection findings to determine source of problem and recommend repair, replacement, or other corrective action
Coordinate problem resolution with engineering, customer service, and other personnel to expedite repairs
Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment
Submit complete service reports for customer invoicing and submit expense reports within company policy
Analyze reports of technical problems to determine trends and recommend modifications to eliminate future problems
Develop service handbooks and bulletins based on field investigations and engineering changes
Provide communication link between the customer and the company to ensure effective service
Conduct training on Radiation Safety and safe operation of the equipment and demonstrate skills to trainees
Requirements
Associate's degree (A. A.) in Electronics Technology or equivalent
Six months to one year related experience and/or training
OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in TopVis CRM
Valid Driver's License and driving record permitting vehicle rental
Personal credit card with ample credit to cover travel expenses
Radiation Safety Certification
Employee must submit to periodic drug screens
Ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time
Ability to prepare radioactive material for shipment
Ability to provide remote and on-site technical assistance
Ability to review performance reports, inspect malfunctioning products, and recommend corrective actions
Ability to submit complete service and expense reports within company policy
