Achieve targets by effectively managing a territory, identifying opportunities for growth, and executing a strategic sales plan.
Maintain and build strong relationships with key health care professionals to enhance brand loyalty.
Analyze market data to identify key opportunities and challenges within your territory and develop strategic business plans.
Ensure all activities are compliant with the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and company policies; maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and expense reports.
Identify roadblocks in the consent collection process and develop solutions to improve speed, efficiency, and success rate of HCP consent collection.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a medical sales representative, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or sales FMCG industry.
Strong communication, selling skills and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel for regional areas and team meetings.
Proactive, performance-driven, competitive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Previous pharma experience (Nice to have)
