About the role
- Meet with clients, project team or account manager to clearly understand the brief.
- Conduct design research to deliver fresh insight and ideas across partner brands.
- Work on projects from start to finish — ideation, creation, and implementation.
- Show strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for web, ecommerce, social content, and digital/social advertising.
- Define the look and feel for a variety of digital design projects.
- Implement existing brand guidelines and templates on projects.
- Design, manage, and produce design concepts through to full artwork stage for a wide variety of outputs.
- Work under the direction of a Creative Director and provide support to the broader creative team to assist, guide and mentor the executional process.
- Proactively manage projects within agreed timescales considering quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Maintain a fast paced and responsive workflow across multiple projects and brands.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English is required as we are a global business
- A rich portfolio of relevant work examples - digital, banners, emails, landing pages, in-store, event materials, collateral, icons, infographics, brochures, and campaigns.
- 5+ years experience working with beverage / spirits brands or retail/ FMCG brands.
- Social and video design experience; Visual Arts BS/BA degree a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and associated prototyping.
- Solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies.
- Brand identity, visual systems, and campaign identities experience.
- Deep affinity with layout, typography, and ideas-generation.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to present work internally and to clients and manage workloads within agreed timings.
- Willingness to accept feedback and iterate; team player.
