About the role

Lead and deliver Vault R&D migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems to the Vault Platform
Own migration projects end-to-end, from initial strategy through execution and validation
Advise customers through every stage of the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process, ensuring data quality and compliance
Coach and mentor Data Migration Specialists, fostering growth and consistency across teams. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, helping evolve our migration frameworks and best practices
Support customer validation and verification activities to ensure readiness and compliance
Collaborate with engineering to refine and enhance migration tooling and automation processes
Support project scoping and estimation, bringing both technical depth and strategic insight

8+ years of data and content migration experience within enterprise systems (e.g., Documentum, OpenText, Box, SharePoint, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle)
5+ years of project leadership and customer-facing consulting experience, specifically managing the implementation of complex technical solutions in an enterprise software environment
Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to senior business and technical stakeholders
Familiarity with Life Sciences industry regulations (GxP, validation processes)
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams
Ability to travel up to 20% across Europe as needed
