About the role

  • Train and educate customers on Veeva's Vault RIM suite through a comprehensive curriculum and range of training programs
  • Deliver engaging learning experiences with appropriate classroom management and audience-engagement methods in a primarily virtual environment and on-site as needed
  • Maintain, develop, and strengthen training delivery expertise and technical product knowledge
  • Collaborate with Veeva subject matter experts, stakeholders, and the technical curriculum development team to develop, refine, and maintain the training program
  • Participate in and lead initiatives to support Veeva’s business goals and improve learner experience
  • Identify and highlight enhancements in training delivery approach and content
  • Champion continuing development by incorporating ongoing learning opportunities and delivery strategies
  • Provide ongoing support to trainees through Q&A, office hours, and troubleshooting challenges they encounter
  • Train audiences ranging from platform architects, developers, and administrators to business analysts and super users, focusing on RIM products

Requirements

  • Direct experience working in or supporting Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, or RIM processes within the life sciences industry (e.g., Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, Medical Devices)
  • 3+ years of experience delivering technical training on enterprise software, ideally in a SaaS or cloud-based environment, with a focus on external customer education
  • Familiarity with Veeva Vault RIM or similar RIM systems (e.g., Document Management, Submission, Registration, and Health Authority interactions)
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with demonstrated success delivering training in-person and virtually to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proficient in applying adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and using feedback to continually improve training programs
  • Highly organized with a customer-first mindset and attention to detail; able to translate technical concepts into accessible language for different user groups
  • Fluent in English (verbal, reading, and written); additional language proficiency is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% to deliver on-site training, including international travel as needed
