About the role
- Lead a professional services team focused on customer success in implementation and support of RTSM studies
- Ensure customer and employee success
- Manage a diverse team of project managers and managed services consultants
- Build and manage people for their personal and professional development
- Establish and ensure adherence to RTSM processes
- Collaborate with other RTSM teams to ensure alignment and delivery expectations
- Establish best practices and processes
Requirements
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in people management
- Built and managed a team of project managers/services team
- Ability to take initiative and work proactively
- Operational excellence in leading Services including resource management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Team player
- A logical approach to problem-solving and excellent eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel (5-10%)
- (Nice to have) Working Knowledge of RTSM
- (Nice to have) Working Knowledge of FDA and 21 CFR Part 11
- (Nice to have) Management experience in the RTSM sector
