About the role
- As part of the development of its marketplace (Brandsplace), the B2B Beauty Sales Department is looking for an Account Manager apprentice who will support the team in growing and consolidating its long‑term business model.
- Reporting to the Sales Team Manager, the Account Manager supports the manager and sales team in the day‑to‑day management of the brands present on Brandsplace. They contribute to strategic decisions for the beauty category through detailed performance analyses and competitive monitoring aimed at: improving sales effectiveness, establishing and negotiating annual business plans with category‑leading brands, and supporting sales pitches and meetings.
- Within Veepee’s Sales Department, we are looking for an Account Manager apprentice for September 2026. In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Analyze sales performance through KPI and marketing reporting to contribute to strategic decisions: optimize online offers and the purchase journey, recommend assortments, etc.
- Conduct regular competitive monitoring to improve Veepee’s storefront, sales effectiveness, and the performance of the beauty category.
- Prepare for and participate in certain commercial meetings (brands’ E‑commerce or Marketing teams).
- Coordinate with other marketplace roles (brand support, business developers, e‑merchandisers, etc.) and internal departments (CRM, Data, Marketing) to ensure quality service for brands and an excellent member experience. Monitor the member interface and perform regular tests of sales spaces.
- Be proactive and implement any initiative likely to develop or optimize the Marketplace team’s activities or the business.
Requirements
- Advanced business education (Bachelor’s/Master’s level — bac+4/5 or final‑year students)
- Analytical mindset and a strong interest in commercial activities
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills required
- Professional level of English
- A first professional experience in e‑commerce or the beauty sector is required
- Adaptability, initiative, team spirit and a taste for challenge are essential to thrive in a dynamic and ambitious organization
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good level of presentation/communication
- Nice to have (optional): proficiency with Google Workspace (Slides, Gmail, etc.) and a keen interest in the digital and beauty sectors
