About the role
- Reporting to the Business Manager, the KAM is responsible for the day-to-day management and activation of the brands in their portfolio on the Marketplace to achieve the targets they are accountable for while ensuring the expected level of service.
- Develop a strategic plan for each brand in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Analyze and share performance data and identify areas for improvement to implement.
- Build trust-based relationships with brands and manage daily operations: phone follow-ups, meetings, newsletters, and the implementation and presentation of KPIs.
- Coordinate with other Marketplace team members (Brand Support, Business Development, E‑merchandiser, Sales Administration (ADV), Creative & Design) as well as with internal departments to ensure high-quality service for brands and an excellent member experience.
- Know your market (product trends, working methods, competitors).
- Participate in trade shows and events within the assigned scope.
- Set up competitive monitoring to understand the partner's digital strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a business school or in marketing, with 3 to 5 years' professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a digital or e‑commerce environment and/or on a marketplace.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities, enabling you to build and maintain solid professional relationships.
- Customer satisfaction is a top priority; you listen attentively to meet clients' needs.
- Demonstrated determination to consistently achieve your objectives.
- Team player who can rally colleagues around common goals and foster strong collaboration.
- Strong persuasion and influencing skills, enabling you to effectively convince stakeholders with a commercial approach.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire your client portfolio to success.
- Highly organized and meticulous, able to manage multiple tasks.
- Resilient and able to manage stress effectively.
- Strong appetite for challenges; you constantly seek to push yourself and take on new professional challenges.
- Business- and results-oriented, with a strong ability to identify and exploit market opportunities.
- Excellent commercial negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with the digital environment.
- Good knowledge of the sector and/or a passion for its development.
- Understanding of financial issues (P&L, depreciation).
- Experienced in budget management and commercial monitoring (KPIs, performance analysis, etc.).
- Fluent in English.
