About the role
- As part of the B2C Production and Merchandising team within Veepee’s immaterial Business Unit (travel and hospitality), you are responsible for configuring and publishing our event sales and managing cross-functional projects related to your activity.
- Ensure the end-to-end production process for sales in collaboration with internal teams (B2B, Creative) and act as the primary partner for external brands and providers.
- Manage a monthly sales schedule while ensuring deadlines and the quality of each sale are met.
- Configure sales in our back-office tools: products, product pages, visuals, pricing grids, and inventory.
- Oversee receipt of editorial and visual assets required to create product pages and challenge brands on the quality of the content provided.
- Brief the creative team on the design of sales banners, leveraging your knowledge of brands, the market, and consumers.
- Define the merchandising for your sales: site structure and product tagging to improve member navigation and optimize results.
- Monitor sales KPIs and propose concrete action plans to optimize conversion.
- Manage post-production follow-up (restocking, extending sales, etc.).
- Work occasionally on cross-functional projects to evolve processes, tools, and the overall business.
- Participate in commercial meetings, develop close collaboration with partners, and support them with new processes and product highlights.
- Build strong expertise and agility across the entire Business Unit (brands, product lines, destinations...).
Requirements
- You hold a higher education degree (minimum Master’s level / bac+5), are comfortable with IT tools and ideally have prior experience in a similar role within the travel or leisure sector.
- Highly rigorous: your attention to detail and organizational skills allow you to work calmly under deadlines, handle unexpected situations successfully, and lead projects from A to Z.
- You are curious, proactive, autonomous, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
- You have strong communication skills and adapt easily to different stakeholders (internal and external).
- You bring energy to the team and enjoy working in project-based environments.
- You have an analytical mindset and understand performance metrics (conversion rate, average basket value, etc.).
- You have advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, charts, etc.) and are proficient with Google Suite.
- You are fluent in French and comfortable in English (able to understand group-level communications).
