About the role

  • As a member of the B2C production and marketing team for Veepee’s immaterial Business Unit (travel and leisure), you will be responsible for configuring and publishing our event sales on our offers.
  • The Content Officer oversees the full production of sales and ensures their quality in collaboration with the various teams of the Immaterial BU.
  • The Content Officer maintains close contact with and coordinates the teams involved in the sales process internally (B2B, creative) and is the primary partner for brands and external providers.
  • Manage a monthly sales calendar while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Configure sales in our back-office tools: products, product pages, visuals, pricing grids, and stock levels.
  • Manage the receipt of editorial and visual materials required to create product pages and challenge brands on the quality of the content provided.
  • Brief the creative team for the design of sales banners, leveraging your knowledge of the brands, market, and consumers.
  • Define the merchandising for your sales: structure, ranking, and product tagging to facilitate member navigation and optimize results.
  • Analyze sales performance and propose concrete action plans to improve conversion.
  • Manage post-production follow-up (restocking, sale extensions, etc.).

Requirements

  • University degree (minimum Bac+3) or equivalent; comfortable with computer tools and ideally with prior experience in the travel or leisure sector.
  • Highly meticulous: your attention to detail and organizational skills allow you to work calmly with deadlines and handle unforeseen issues successfully.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to adapt to a variety of stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Team player who brings energy to the group and enjoys working in a project-based environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of performance indicators (conversion rate, average basket, etc.).
