About the role

  • You maintain close contact with our brands/suppliers to obtain offers and ensure the smooth running of our processes
  • You perform strategic analyses of our partners'/brands' offers and support the Key Account Manager in selecting the best products, providing the prices they can use to negotiate through comparisons with previous sales
  • Your analytical insights, together with price and margin recommendations, contribute significantly to the success of our sales campaigns
  • You prepare presentation materials for Key Account Managers for brand meetings and, upon request, attend those meetings to present your analyses
  • You ensure the accuracy of all recorded and processed data and facilitate the seamless integration of offers into our IT systems. You are responsible for meeting various deadlines to ensure timely planning of sales campaigns
  • You work on after-sales analysis and provide the Key Account Manager and our brand partners with initial feedback on results (with a focus on opportunities for improvement and recommended actions)

Requirements

  • You have excellent German and English skills
  • You hold a commercial/business qualification, a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification
  • You have good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in administration, sales or purchasing is an advantage
  • You have strong analytical skills, a passion for working with numbers, and a proactive attitude
  • You are results-oriented and able to perform well under pressure
  • You are well organized and able to meet deadlines reliably
  • You are a team player but can also work independently
