About the role

  • Own the book of business inlcluing new business development, renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Drive solution selling across existing customer base and new prospects
  • Build and execute strategic account plans, executive level engagement and ELPs
  • Generate and maintain healthy pipeline and development is part of daily routine
  • Maintain renewal and generate up-sell and cross-sell to the existing customer base
  • Forecast on revenue expectations and report on activities coming from accounts
  • Weekly field meetings with customers

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Proven experience selling into Central government, Defense and Security – with a minimum 5 years of experience in Sales.
  • A demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas for atleast 3 years
  • Experience of enterprise software sales including field sales and account management and track record of accomplishment selling in the enterprise
  • Ability to thrive a fast-paced environment where priorities and responsibilities change quickly
  • Track record of selling to the IT infra, security and C level access is a plus
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly – highly coachable and open to learning
  • Strong ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently and drive outcomes.
