About the role

  • Develop new business opportunities within Government and Private sector accounts, while expanding existing customer relationships through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and targeted prospecting activities.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team, including Systems Engineers, to qualify opportunities and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
  • Drive deals to closure in partnership with Veeam channel partners under the tier-two sales model.
  • Achieve individual and team revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Leverage opportunities generated by partners and engage directly with end users and customers.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize revenue growth.
  • Coordinate cross-functional selling efforts with Inside Sales, Channel Partner Managers, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and other internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and account information in Salesforce CRM.
  • Engage with Veeam Strategic Alliance partners to create mutually beneficial revenue opportunities.
  • Participate in and support local marketing initiatives and events within the territory.
  • Travel within the assigned region as needed to support business development and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software sales
  • Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals using a consultative sales approach.
  • Strong experience managing sales cycles and building relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and value-added resellers (VARs).
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies and enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Familiarity with solution selling and value-based sales methodologies.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
