About the role

  • Lead the Americas GSI strategy, including planning, execution, forecasting, and revenue performance
  • Strengthen and expand executive-level relationships across key GSI partners
  • Drive joint solutions, sales alignment, and integration of Veeam technologies into GSI offerings
  • Lead and develop a regional partner team focused on growth, enablement, and field execution
  • Build and maintain a strong, predictable GSI-influenced pipeline
  • Collaborate with Americas sales, product, marketing, and global alliances to drive aligned execution
  • Ensure operational rigor, accurate forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Represent Veeam at GSI-focused events, briefings, and strategic business reviews
  • Champion Veeam’s leadership competencies with a culture of collaboration and accountability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in alliances, channel sales, or partner-led go-to-market roles
  • Extensive experience working with Global System Integrators across the Americas
  • Proven record of delivering revenue, forecast accuracy, and partner-led growth
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders within large, complex organizations
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and scaling partner ecosystems
  • Strong analytical capability with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive relationship skills
  • High integrity, collaborative mindset, and alignment with Veeam’s leadership principles
