About the role

  • Lead a strategically important channel partner in Germany
  • Develop and implement a business plan and strategic objectives
  • Position and expand strategic Veeam products within partner solutions
  • Acquire customers in the enterprise segment together with the partner
  • Orchestrate Veeam resources to optimally support the partner
  • Lead across C-level, administrative, and operational levels — you are involved in the full growth process and responsible for development across all areas

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex partner structures
  • Deep familiarity with software enterprise business, particularly in the Microsoft, AWS, and Broadcom ecosystems
  • Experience in direct-touch sales; able to understand and build on the expectations of large end customers
  • Fluent German and English
  • Comfortable creating and executing business plans within complex matrix organizations
  • Team player with a talent for building a robust network to achieve shared, measurable goals
